HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

    Please refer to our handy sizing charts to find what size of garment should be ordered.  

    In Canada, we guarantee that our support and compression garments (shorts and panties) will fit!  Do your best to consult the sizing charts to determine your size.  

    However, if the size you selected just doesn't work, please return it for exchange and we will send you another size that meets your needs for free.  You can learn about returns and exchanges below.

    For orders to the USA and international orders, we will exchange the garment for the cost of shipping ONLY if it is defective.  Unfortunately we cannot guarantee fit outside of Canada. 

     

      HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENT?


        Given our garments' degree of compression, we advise you to put them on with care. Keep your nails short and well filed, and avoid pulling on the seams when donning them.   Be cautious of anything else that might rub on the garment and avoid contact with velcro.  It is best to hand wash your garment in cold water and lay flat to dry.

         

         

        WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?


          We accept major credit cards such as Visa, and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal.

           

          HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?


              We ship anywhere in Canada for a flat rate rate of $15.00.  We also ship to the USA for a fee of $20.00.  Please contact us for rates and shipping options to international destinations.  Priority shipping is also available, please contact us for options.

               

               

              WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?


                Support and Compression Garments:

                In Canada, we guarantee that our support and compression garments (shorts and panties) will fit!

                We accept unused, unworn, unwashed garments (with the tags still on) for exchange free of charge (no extra shipping costs to you!) within 30 days IF your garment does not fit or if there is a defect in the garment.  Please contact us directly for instructions on how to return/exchange your garment.

                Garments sold to the USA will be exchanged for the cost of the additional shipping only in the case of a defect.  Unfortunately we cannot guarantee fit for the USA.

                Maternity Support and Other Belts:

                We accept unused, unworn, unwashed belts (with the tags still on and in resalable condition) for exchange within 30 days if the item does not fit or has a defect. All delivery charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer returning the goods. 

                 

                EPI-NO Childbirth and Pelvic Floor Trainers are final sale. 
                Exercise balls and DVDs are final sale.
                Digital products are final sale.

                 

                All items being returned must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Damaged or defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same product; if that product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the full amount of the cost of the goods only. 

                Support Your Core, reserves the right to refuse returns on products which have been:
                -Removed from original packaging
                -Appear to be soiled, worn or used in any way
                -Arrives in our office after the 30 day period has expired

                DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA?


                  Yes!  Our shop is currently set up to ship automatically to Canada and the USA.  If you would like to order from another country, please contact us directly and we will give you our shipping options. Please note: Orders shipped outside of the Canada are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

                   

                  HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO ARRIVE?


                    Transit times are approximate, but products should arrive at your Canadian door in 1-2 weeks with standard flat rate shipping.  If you need priority shipping, it is available at an extra cost; please contact us for details before you place your order or before the product has shipped.  International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
